Erica and Len got really lucky with the weather. Wow what a magnificent day. After weeks of what seemed like winter was here to stay, we finally got a lovely summery weekend for brides and grooms getting married in Perth! With a 4pm ceremony at Bayview Park in Mosman Park, overlooking the Swan River, Perth CBD and Point Walter, these two picked the perfect time where the sun was just heading behind the trees, it became less hot to stand in the sun and the light was flattering on everyone.
Xena the warrior princess pup had a starring role in delivering the rings to Len. I love having people's pets at weddings. Check out the blog post here for more information from The Wedding Method on having your fur kids tag along!
Gorgeous light for portraits down at North Cottesloe beach, as per usual, then back to Mosman Park and a relaxed night at the Mosman Park Bowling Club, including fab city views over the river. Considering it was a cocktail function, the food was so plentiful and seemed never ending! Erica made cupcakes and the wedding cake (including passionfruit curd!), as well as white chocolate truffles; and their favours were little bottles of port. The gorgeous bride made sure I tasted everything so I can say with gusto that it was all delicious ;-)
With bowling, dancing, eating and hilarious speeches, it was a perfect end to a perfect day xo
