Well this beautiful wedding was 18 months in the making for me :) Sarah booked me in 2010 and I'd been eagerly anticipating the wedding as time got closer and closer. Sarah and Bao were married in late September at the always lovely Caversham House in front of gorgeous family and friends. The weather turned out perfect after ridiculous storms on the Friday (see last blog post!) and we were treated to a glorious sunny afternoon. Sarah wore the most beautiful Samantha Wynne dress that suited her to a tee and Badgley Mischka ballet flats. The very talented Rebecca from Fox and Rabbit organised the bouquets and buttonholes - I adore yellow! Nothing speaks more of happiness and sunshine :) The lovely Emma from Milla Makeup made everyone up for the day. I love how she brings out the natural beauty in people.
A late ceremony at Caversham and a walk around the grounds for portraits and we went into the marquee for the exquisite meal (5 courses!). Props to Caversham - they always have the nicest meals and the service was excellent and friendly. Then the most heartfelt speech by a groom I have ever heard and it was made obvious to those who didn't already know just how much Bao adores Sarah.
I hope you two are enjoying your amazing honeymoon in the US of A! A big thank you to my awesome second shooter Deanna. You are so easy to work with and it is just an extra bonus that we shoot in pretty much the exact same style ;)
